We aim to respond to all return
and refund inquiries within 24–48 hours.
Customers in the United States
have the right to return products purchased from our Website within 30 days of
receipt, subject to the conditions outlined below.
3.1 Conditions
for Return
• Unused and Undamaged: The item must be unused,
undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it.
• Original Packaging: The item must be in the
original packaging, with all labels and tags attached.
• Proof of Purchase: A receipt, order confirmation
email, or proof of purchase is required.
• Complete Contents: All accessories, manuals,
hardware, and any free gifts included with the original order must be returned.

a Return
To initiate a return:

your order.
Step 2: Provide your
order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and a detailed reason for the
return.
Step 3: After reviewing
your request, we will provide detailed return instructions and, if applicable,
a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
4.2 Preparing
Your Return
• Package the Item Safely: Securely pack the item
in its original packaging. Ensure all accessories, manuals, and free gifts are
included.
• Include Documentation: Include the return
authorization form and any necessary supporting documents or images.
• Label Your Package: Clearly mark the RMA number
on the outside of the package.
4.3 Shipping
the Return
• Shipping Method: Use a trackable shipping method
(such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx) to ensure your package arrives safely. We are not
responsible for return shipments that are lost in transit without tracking.
• Return Window: Ship the item within 7 days of
receiving the return authorization.
• Shipping Address: The return shipping address
will be provided in your return authorization email.
Change of Mind Returns: The
customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Defective, Damaged, or
Incorrect Items: Grid Free Supply will cover return shipping costs. A
prepaid shipping label will be provided.
We recommend using a trackable
shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for items valued over $100,
as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
6.1 Returns
Due to Change of Mind
• Eligibility: Items must be unused, undamaged, in
original packaging, with all tags attached.
• Timeframe: Return request must be made within 30
days of receipt.
• Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee will be
deducted from your refund.
• Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for
return shipping costs.
• Refund: A refund will be issued to the original
payment method, minus the 20% restocking fee.
6.2 Defective
or Damaged Goods
• Notification: Contact us within 7 days of
receiving the item.
• Documentation: Provide photos or videos of the
defect or damage, including the packaging.
• Resolution: We will offer a replacement or a
full refund, including return shipping costs. No restocking fee applies.
6.3 Incorrect
Product Received
• Notification: Inform us immediately upon receipt
at support@gridfreesupply.com.
• Resolution: We will arrange for the incorrect
item to be returned at our expense and ensure you receive the correct product.
No restocking fee applies.
6.4 Product
Never Arrived
• Notification: Contact us if your product does
not arrive within the estimated delivery time of 3–5 business days.
• Resolution: We will initiate an investigation
with the carrier. If the product is confirmed lost, we will offer a full refund
or send a replacement product at no additional cost.
6.5 Order
Cancellation
• Before Shipment: Orders may be cancelled within
24 hours of placement for a full refund. Contact us at
support@gridfreesupply.com or call (973) 577-9094 as soon as possible.
• After Shipment: If the order has already been
shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please follow the return procedure after
receiving the product.
The following items are
non-returnable and non-refundable:
• Custom or Personalized Products: Items made to
your specifications or clearly personalized.
• Installed or Modified Products: Equipment that
has been installed, wired, plumbed, or modified in any way.
• Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable and
valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
• Downloadable Products: Digital products or
downloadable software.
• Hazardous Materials: Items containing hazardous
materials, if applicable.
8.1 Refund
Conditions
• Approval: Refunds are issued after we receive
and inspect the returned item.
• Notification: We will notify you via email
regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Condition: Items must meet the return

• Late Returns: Items returned more than 30 days

• Shipping Costs: No cost to the customer for
exchanges of defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Shipping is covered by
Grid Free Supply.

• Damaged/Defective Reporting: Within 7 days of
delivery.
• Order Cancellation: Within 24 hours of order
placement.
• Ship Return After Authorization: Within 7 days
of receiving return authorization.
• Refund Processing: 5–7 business days after
receiving and inspecting the returned item.
• Refund Appearance in Account: Up to an
additional 5–10 business days depending on your financial institution.

does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable law,
