Cancellation Policy

1. Overview
At Grid Free Supply, we understand that plans can change. If you’ve changed your mind and need to cancel your order, we’re here to make the process as simple and hassle-free as possible. This Cancellation Policy outlines your options depending on where your order is in the fulfillment process.
2. Cancellation Window
2.1 Orders Not Yet Shipped
You may cancel your order for a full refund if it has not yet been shipped. To ensure the best chance of a successful cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible:
• 24-Hour Window: Orders cancelled within 24 hours of placement are guaranteed a full refund with no fees.
• After 24 Hours: We will do our best to cancel your order before it ships, but we cannot guarantee cancellation once the order has entered the fulfillment process. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, so timing is important.

2.2 Orders Already Shipped
If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In this case, you may return the item after delivery in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy. Please note:
• 30-Day Return Window: You have 30 days from receipt to initiate a return.
• Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee applies to returns due to change of mind.
• Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs on change-of-mind returns.
3. How to Cancel
To request a cancellation, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Contact us at support@gridfreesupply.com or call (973) 577-9094 as soon as possible.
Step 2: Provide your order number and the reason for cancellation.
Step 3: Our team will verify the order status and confirm whether cancellation is possible.
Step 4: If approved, you will receive a confirmation email and your refund will be processed.
4. Refund for Cancelled Orders
• Full Refund: Cancelled orders that have not yet shipped will receive a full refund to the original payment method.
• Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. It may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
• Payment Methods: Refunds will be returned to the original payment method used at checkout (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Shop Pay).
5. Non-Cancellable Orders
The following orders cannot be cancelled once placed:
• Custom or Personalized Products: Items made to your specifications or clearly personalized cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
• Special Orders: Products ordered specifically for you from our suppliers that are not part of our standard inventory.
• Gift Cards: Gift card purchases are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
6. Partial Cancellations
If you placed an order with multiple items and wish to cancel only some of them, contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Partial cancellations are subject to the same cancellation window described in Section 2. If some items have already shipped while others have not, we can cancel only the unshipped items.
7. Cancellations by Grid Free Supply
We reserve the right to cancel any order for the following reasons:
• Product Unavailability: If a product is out of stock or discontinued after your order is placed. We will notify you within 48 hours.
• Pricing Errors: If a product was listed at an incorrect price due to a system error.
• Suspected Fraud: If we are unable to verify your payment or billing information, or if the transaction is flagged for suspected fraud.
• Violation of Terms: If your order violates our Terms of Service.
In all cases where Grid Free Supply cancels an order, you will receive a full refund and be notified by email.
8. Backorder Cancellations
If an item you ordered is on backorder, we will notify you within 48 hours with an estimated availability date. You may choose to:
• Wait for the item to become available.
• Cancel the backordered item for a full refund.
• Substitute the item with a comparable product (subject to availability and any price difference).
