8. Delivery Issues

8.1 Delayed or Lost Packages

Lost Packages: If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it:

        Verify the shipping address provided.

        Check with neighbors or building management.

8.2 Damaged Packages

        Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with tags attached.

        Certain items (e.g., personalized or perishable goods) may not be eligible for return.

Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee may apply to returned items.

Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds: Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

11. Incorrect Address

Address Accuracy: Please ensure that all shipping information is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Returned Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address:

12. Order Cancellation

In the event that an item you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you within 48 hours. You will have the option to wait for the item to become available, select an alternative product, or receive a full refund.
