4. Orders and Payment

4.1 Product Availability

All products listed on the Website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. Product availability may vary based on supplier stock levels.

4.2 Pricing

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Prices are exclusive of applicable sales tax, which will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. We are not liable for any price changes, modifications, or discontinuance of products.

4.3 Payment Terms

•        Accepted Payment Methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and Grid Free Supply gift cards.

•        Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments in compliance with PCI DSS standards.

•        Billing Information: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing information for all purchases.

4.4 Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:

•        Product or service availability.

•        Errors in the description or price of the product.

•        Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.

•        Inability to verify payment or billing information.

If we cancel an order after your payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1 Shipping Policy

Grid Free Supply offers free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) with a 5:00 PM EST cutoff time. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days. For full details, please refer to our Shipping Policy.

5.2 Risk of Loss

All purchases are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

5.3 Delivery Issues

If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@gridfreesupply.com or call (973) 577-9094. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier and work to resolve the issue promptly.

6. Returns and Refunds

Grid Free Supply offers a 30-day return policy. A 20% restocking fee applies to returns due to change of mind. No restocking fee applies to defective, damaged, or incorrect items. For full details, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy.

7. Product Information and Disclaimers

7.1 Product Descriptions

We make every effort to display product descriptions, specifications, and images as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions or other content on our Website are accurate, complete, reliable, or error-free. Colors and dimensions may vary slightly due to monitor display differences.

7.2 No Professional Advice

Information provided on our Website about off-grid energy systems, water purification equipment, hydroponic and aquaponic growing systems, and related products is for general informational purposes only. 7.3 Manufacturer Warranties

Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms is limited to the amount paid by you for the products or services in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Grid Free Supply and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from:

•        Your use of and access to the Services.

•        Your violation of any of these Terms.

•        Your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property or privacy rights.

•        Any claim that your User Content caused damage to a third party.

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

15. Governing Law

•        Jurisdiction: These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

•        Venue: Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Union County, New Jersey.

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Website with an updated “Effective Date.” It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
